Volunteer of this Group have been providing immediate relief to victims of natural disaster and assisted them in their resettlement and rehabilitation efforts. One glaring example of this activity is the drinking water project in Udaypur district as a long term rehabilitation progrmme for earth quake victims of 1989. SWOG members have come across to different issues responsible for poverty in this district during the post-disaster programme implememntation. Beside SWOG has also demonstrated its solidarity with earthquake victims of Gujrat (India) & Tsunami Victims of Asia by contributing donations and also participating in mass mobilization campaign. SWOG has conducted Natural Resources Management Program in 5 VDC's and Wards i.e Chaudandi : 1-9, Hadiya : 1-6, Jogidaha : 1-9, Katunje Babala : 2.3.5.7 & 9 and Triyuga Municipality-5
